French 75 Cocktail Recipe 🍾

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) gin

  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Champagne (or other sparkling wine)đŸŸ

  • Lemon twist, for garnish🍋

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

  3. Shake well until chilled.

  4. Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
